The RFID Washable Label (also known as Laundry Tag / Heat-Seal Label) is an ultra-high frequency (UHF) flexible electronic tag specifically designed for the cyclic washing management of textiles. Made of special textile substrate and eco-friendly high-temperature resistant coating, the tag itself is soft and bendable. It can be securely attached to linen items such as uniforms, bedsheets, duvet covers, towels, and workwear via heat-sealing (15-20 seconds) or sewing. Embedded with high-performance UHF chips (e.g., Monza R6P, U7, U8) and fully compliant with ISO 18000-6C protocol, it operates reliably in harsh industrial laundry environments (including high-temperature pre-drying, high-pressure washing, chemical cleaning), with a lifespan exceeding 200 industrial wash cycles.
