This means you source directly from the source, enjoying more competitive prices, more stable quality control, and more flexible production scheduling.
Q2: Do you have relevant quality certifications?
A: Yes. We are a National High-Tech Enterprise and are certified with ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Our factory and products also comply with relevant industry standards for IC card and RFID product manufacturing. Specific certification documents are available upon request.

A: The typical MOQ is 50-1,000 pieces.

Q6: What is the custom process, and what do I need to provide?
A: The standard customization process is as follows:
Inquiry & Confirmation: You provide design artwork (preferably in AI/PDF/CDR format), card specifications (chip type, size, thickness, etc.), and quantity.
Quotation & Sampling: We provide a quotation and lead time. Upon confirmation, a sample fee is paid for prototyping (refundable upon confirmation of the bulk order).
Sample Approval: You approve the physical sample.
Production & Bulk Delivery: We arrange production and ship the goods via the agreed logistics method upon completion.
Q7: Can you send free samples?
A: We will provide free samples of our standard products, but the international shipping cost is usually borne by the client. Samples for custom designs incur a production cost fee. Please contact to discuss your specific needs.
Q8: What are your payment terms?
A: We support various corporate payment methods, including:
T/T Bank Transfer: bulk orders
PayPal / Credit Card: Suitable for small trial orders or sample payments.
Specific terms will be detailed in the Proforma Invoice.
Q9: What are the production lead time and logistics time?
A: The production lead time for standard products is approximately 7-15 working days, depending on order complexity and current production schedule. Custom products require additional time for sample approval and mold development. Logistics time varies by destination and shipping method (sea/air/express). We will assist you in choosing the most suitable option.
Q10: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We implement full-process quality inspection from raw material intake to finished product shipment. We have a professional QC team and testing equipment. For large orders, we support arranging third-party inspections before production and shipment.
Q11: What if we receive goods with quality issues?
A: We take responsibility for any quality defects caused by manufacturing. Please provide clear photos/videos and a description of the issue within 15 working days of receipt. Our after-sales team will investigate immediately and propose a solution, including replacement or compensation.
Q12: Can we visit your factory?
A: Welcome! We sincerely invite potential strategic partners to visit our factory in Chengdu for an on-site inspection. Please schedule an appointment with us in advance so we can make proper arrangements.
