Tiny Chip Module
The tiny chip module and its antenna coil are precisely placed into a pre-cut cavity within the multi-layer card structure. Through precise hot-rolling or ultrasonic bonding, the chip and antenna are securely connected and permanently encapsulated within the card body, guaranteeing long-term electrical stability and physical durability.
Laminated Sheets
The laminated sheets are fed into high-tonnage precision die-cutting machines. Using custom-ground steel dies, thousands of cards are punched out in a single stroke, achieving smooth, clean edges free of burrs. Whether standard CR80 or complex custom shapes, we ensure every card meets exact dimensional specifications.
High-Speed Encoders
In a highly secure environment, each card receives its unique identity. Using high-speed encoders, data such as encrypted keys, membership IDs, or account information is securely written to the chip.
